Christian Emezie is a seasoned construction executive with over a decade of experience leading field operations, managing project delivery, and advising clients on development and construction strategy across the Mid-Atlantic region.

As Managing Partner at Eleuthera, he oversees construction operations and provides tailored advisory services that help clients navigate the complexities of project planning, budgeting, procurement, and execution.

Christian brings deep expertise in construction logistics, site management, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. He plays a hands-on role in ensuring that projects are executed with discipline, transparency, and efficiency—driving performance from preconstruction through closeout. His operational leadership is grounded in practical experience and a strategic understanding of how to align construction delivery with broader client goals.

In addition, Christian advises clients on constructability, risk mitigation, and value-driven decision-making throughout the development lifecycle. He is a trusted partner, helping to optimize outcomes through proactive planning, technical insight, and strong trade relationships.

Christian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Salisbury University’s Perdue School of Business and is a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.te of Salisbury University with a BS in Business Management. 

 Michael Khamis is an experienced real estate and construction professional with deep experience guiding development teams through complex projects from concept to completion. 

Michael works closely with owners, developers, and investors to ensure projects are grounded in sound technical and financial planning. He brings a systems-oriented approach to early-stage project analysis, aligning budgets, schedules, and risk strategies before construction ever begins. His leadership spans design coordination, procurement strategy, and contractor oversight—ensuring clarity and control across every phase of delivery.

With a background in both field operations, preconstruction, and executive-level planning, Michael bridges the gap between vision and construction realities. His ability to translate complex project requirements into actionable plans has made him a trusted advisor for clients seeking disciplined execution, driving long-term value.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The George Washington University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate Development  (MSRED) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he was awarded the prestigious Blake Eagle Fellowship. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Army Ranger School and served as an Infantry Officer in the Maryland Army National Guard for eight years.
