Christian Emezie - Managing Partner
Christian brings 11 years of project management experience to Eleuthera
Builders on projects of varying sizes and scopes. Christian has experience
managing heavy civil, commercial, multifamily residential, and healthcare
projects in the Baltimore and DC markets. Christian is a graduate of Salisbury University with a BS in Business Management.
Michael Khamis - Managing Partner
Michael is a driven and detail-oriented manager with experience in both commercial and multifamily residential projects in the Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia markets. Michael is a graduate of The George Washington University where he earned a BS in Civil Engineering with a concentration in structural engineering. Outside of his pursuits in construction, Michael is an infantry officer in the Maryland Army National Guard, and a graduate of US Army Ranger School.
